Peanut butter

Bowl cake with oats and peanut butter

Bowl cake à l’avoine et au beurre de cacahuètes

Recipe

For one person:

  • 40g rolled oats

  • 1 egg

  • 1 banana or 4 tbsp compote

  • 1 tablespoon Menguy’s 100% Peanut Butter or Peanut Butter Creamy

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 25g chocolate chips + a few for decoration

  • 1 banana

  • 1 orange

  • 20g blueberries

Step 1:

Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork (or pour the compote into a bowl).

Step 2:

Whisk the egg in another bowl, then add it to the mashed banana (or compote).

Step 3:

Then add the yeast, rolled oats, Menguy’s Peanut 100% and chocolate chips. Mix well.

Step 4:

Cook the bowl cake in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes.

Step 5:

Unmould the bowl cake onto a plate and sprinkle with a few chocolate chips.

Step 6:

Serve with banana slices, orange segments and a few blueberries!
