Creamy Peanut Butter Latte Macchiato Recipe

For 1 person :

1 strong espresso shot

200 ml milk (whole milk or oat milk for extra creaminess)

1 tbsp Menguy’s Creamy Peanut Butter

A drizzle of maple syrup or honey

Place the Creamy Peanut Butter and maple syrup at the bottom of a tall glass. Pour 50 ml of hot milk over them and stir vigorously until the texture is smooth and fluid.
Heat the remaining milk separately. Add a tablespoon of your peanut butter mixture to it, then froth the milk using a whisk or an electric milk frother until it reaches an airy texture.
Gently pour the infused frothed milk into your serving glass.
Carefully pour the espresso into the center of the glass. The coffee will naturally settle between the milk and the foam, creating the elegant layers of a classic Latte Macchiato.
For an even more indulgent treat, top the foam with a few crushed Menguy’s Roasted Peanuts or a pinch of cinnamon. The contrast between the bold coffee and the velvety peanut flavor provides a truly comforting moment.
