Creamy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Porridge | Menguy’s

Bol de porridge aux fraises, banane, myrtilles et kiwi

Recipe

1 person

  • 50g rolled oats

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 1 tbsp Menguy’s peanut butter (Creamy or 100%)

  • 1 banana, slice

  • 20g dark chocolate chip

  • 1 handful of blueberries (or other fresh berries)

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Step 1:

In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds.

Step 2:

Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5-7 minutes), stirring regularly.

Step 3:

Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and continue stirring until the texture is smooth and creamy.

Step 4:

Pour the porridge into a bowl.

Step 5:

Arrange the banana slices, dark chocolate chips, blueberries, and kiwi on top.

Step 6:

Gently warm up an extra tablespoon of peanut butter (a few seconds in the microwave or a water bath) until drizzly, and drizzle it over the bowl.
