Peanut butter
Creamy Peanut Butter Oatmeal Porridge | Menguy’s

50g rolled oats
200ml almond milk
1 banana, slice
20g dark chocolate chip
1 handful of blueberries (or other fresh berries)
1 kiwi fruit
1 tsp chia seeds
In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, and chia seeds.
Cook over medium heat until thickened (about 5-7 minutes), stirring regularly.
Remove from heat, add 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and continue stirring until the texture is smooth and creamy.
Pour the porridge into a bowl.
Arrange the banana slices, dark chocolate chips, blueberries, and kiwi on top.
Gently warm up an extra tablespoon of peanut butter (a few seconds in the microwave or a water bath) until drizzly, and drizzle it over the bowl.
