Recipe
Serves 4:
90cl water
90cl milk
5g baker’s yeast
10g sugar
2 pinches of salt
35cl sunflower oil
400g flour
2 eggs
4 pinches peanut chips
4 pieces 180g minced meat
60g Béarnaise sauce
4 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 onion
1 tomato
1 salad 8 slices of cheddar cheese
Make your own buns.
Warm the milk and add the yeast.
In a mixer, whisk the eggs with the sugar and salt. Using the hook, add all the remaining ingredients and knead the dough for around 5 minutes.
Place the mixture in an oven at 40°C, filming the container, for about 1 hour.
Prepare your toppings: Slice the tomatoes, chop the onions and make your Béarnaise.
Deaerate your dough and shape your buns, leaving them to rise for a further 1 hour. Place them in cookie cutters with baking paper around them.
After baking for 1 hour, brush your buns with gold and sprinkle with peanut chips.
Bake for around 18 minutes in a hot oven at 190°C.
Assemble your burger by heating the creamy peanut butter in a bain-marie or in the microwave, so that the preparation is fluid.
Finish by adding a spike to the top of your burger.
