Peanut Choco Cookies | Menguy’s

Makes about 15 cookies
40g butter
2 heaping tbsp Peanut Choco
50g sugar
140g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 packet vanilla sugar (approx. 1 tbsp)
1 egg
10cl milk
Dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F / gas mark 6), convection setting.
In a mixing bowl, blend the softened butter and sugar together. Add the egg and mix well. Finally, fold in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, milk, and Peanut Choco.
Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten them slightly—the cookies will not spread out if the butter was softened and not melted.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes.
