Our sweet peanuts known as “chouchous” in France are the sweetiest combination between peanut taste and crispy caramelized sugar combine the sweet taste of peanuts and the crisp of caramelised sugar.

The peanuts are carefully selected from one of the best regions in the world (Argentina), thanks to close collaboration with our producer partners for over 35 years.

The “chouchous” are then prepared according to an authentic recipe in our factory in Mazamet (Tarn, 81): the peanuts are caramelized in a copper cauldron. Once coated with the caramel, they cool slowly, giving them that irresistible crunchy texture.
