Peanut butter

Oatmeal, banana & peanut butter shake

Recipe

Serves 1 :

Equipment : blender

Toppings :

  • 1 handful unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter 100%
Step 1:

Slice the banana and keep 2-3 thin slices for the top of the shake. Roughly chop the roasted peanuts.

Step 2:

Pour the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 3:

Fill a tall glass and add the banana slices, crushed peanuts and a dash of peanut butter on top.
