Peanut butter

Peanut butter and red fruit pancakes


For 8-10 pancakes :

  • 125 ml whole milk

  • 105 g flour

  • 30 g soft butter

  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter Creamy

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 sachet baking powder

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 200 g red or black fruits of your choice

  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Step 1:

Peanut butter pancake mix

  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat or in a bowl in the microwave.
  • Mix the flour and yeast in a large bowl. Make a well, add the whole egg and whisk together.
  • Add the melted butter and 1 tbsp peanut butter, whisk and then gradually add the milk, stirring to avoid lumps. You can also blend the mixture to obtain a smooth paste. Leave the batter to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
  • Cook the pancakes in a frying pan with a little butter over a medium heat, turning when golden.
Step 2:

cream cheese with peanut butter

  • Mix 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Set aside until you have finished cooking the pancakes.
Step 3:


  • Place the pancakes and a tablespoon of cream cheese with peanut butter on a plate.
  • Place the fruits on top and serve with a little honey or maple syrup to taste.
