Peanut butter

Porridge with almond milk, kiwi, blueberries & peanut butter


Serves 2 :

  • 50 cl almond milk

  • 100 g rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 kiwis

  • 50 g blueberries

  • 50g raspberries

  • A few walnuts

  • 3 tablespoons 100% peanut butter

Step 1:

Cook the milk and rolled oats in a saucepan over a low heat until the mixture thickens. Stir regularly.

Step 2:

When the porridge is ready, remove from the heat and stir in the honey.

Step 3:

Arrange the porridge and add the kiwi pieces, a few blueberries, raspberries, walnuts and peanut butter on top.
