Peanut butter
Croque-monsieur with peanut paste

Recipe
Serves 4:
16 slices of sandwich bread
8 slices of white ham
Béchamel sauce
1/2L milk
40g peanut paste
40g flour
Salad
Step 1:
Cut your toast in half diagonally.
Step 2:
Make two slices of toast per person.
Step 3:
Toast the bread.
Step 4:
Make the peanut paste béchamel sauce.
Step 5:
Whisk the peanut paste with the flour and add to the boiling milk.
Step 6:
When you reach the desired consistency, stop cooking and add the Gruyère cheese and seasoning.
Step 7:
Assemble your croque-monsieurs by placing the béchamel with the peanut paste on each toast and the ham in the centre.
Step 8:
Serve with a lamb’s lettuce salad and an olive oil and lemon juice vinaigrette.
