Peanut butter

Noodle wok with prawns and peanut butter

Wok de crevette et beurre de cacahuètes


Serves 4:

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp nuoc nam sauce

  • 20g Peanut Butter Creamy

  • 10g honey

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 pinch ginger

  • 1 Espelette pepper

  • 80g Chinese noodles

  • 100g green peppers

  • 25g onion

  • 50g mushrooms

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 pinch sesame seeds

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Step 1:

Mix the soy sauce, nuoc mam, a tablespoon of lemon juice, honey, peanut butter, chilli pepper and ginger powder.

Step 2:

Cook the noodles and set aside.

Step 3:

Stir-fry the onion and minced garlic in the sesame oil in a frying pan. Then add the sliced mushrooms, prawns and green pepper. Pour over the sauce and leave to thicken for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4:

Add the noodles to the pan and toss.

Step 5:

Serve and sprinkle with coriander.
