We source our Cashews in Côte d’Ivoire directly from our producer partner. After the harvest, they are shelled on-site mechanically. This significantly reduces the “food miles” compared to standard cashews, which are typically sent to Asia for processing (to learn more about our Ivorian Cashews, visit our blog).
At Menguy’s, we say no to deep-frying! Our cashews are oven-roasted to preserve their natural taste and nutritional benefits.
