Pitted green olives seasoned with Provençal herbs are a simple recipe with a southern flavour! Perfect for enjoying as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to your dishes.

At Menguy’s, our olives are rigorously selected: we choose pitted Hojiblanca olives from Spain. This olive tree is appreciated for its hardiness and its fleshy olives. With them, you get the very best of Andalusia and Provence.

Our recipes contain no flavourings or flavour enhancers to guarantee the authentic flavour of the ingredients.

Made in France under the southern sun (Hérault, 34)

Green olives (97%), salt, sunflower oil, herbes de Provence (0.3%), oregano, marjoram. Brine: water, spirit vinegar, acidifier: lactic acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. *% on drained product. Pasteurised product. May contain traces of lupin, sulphites, fish and nuts.
